D-S2 interim study report available |
|
The D-S2 interim study report provides a high-level intermediate analysis and evaluation of the status of IPv6 deployment across EU member states in the period January 2009 – November 2009. Methods for an analysis include collection of statistics enabling a comparison of Europe with other regions, a global survey allowing a better global picture on future IPv6 deployment, physical measurements in order to have measured data on the uptake of IPv6, and actual and perceived bottle necks for understanding what is keeping industry and end-users back from deploying IPv6.
The D-S2 interim study report and a management summary are available under 'Project files'. |

Survey results well published |
|
We have conducted a survey on IPv6 Deployment in June 2009 within the RIPE community. The results have been presented by Maarten Botterman at the RIPE 59 meeting in Lisbon, 6 October 2009. This has resulted in a press release by the EC, and a lot of media coverage. Curious about the results? Download the presentation! |
